What is the difference between the Pro Waver and the Mini Waver?
The Pro Waver features large 32mm barrels for big, bouncy 'S' waves, while the Mini Waver uses 25mm barrels to create tighter, more defined ripples.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hair care liquids and used tools cannot be returned.
Do the tools come with a warranty?
Every Mermade Hair tool comes with a 12-month limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects or electrical faults.
Can I use Mermade tools internationally?
