At Mermade Hair, we want you to love your styling tools as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any faulty products or unopened items. Please ensure all original packaging and heat-protective accessories are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging or has a documented technical fault within 30 days of purchase.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your Mermade tools and affix the provided shipping label, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement tool within 5-7 business days.
